The Monroe Lending Library wants you to catch the Reading Bug!. Sponsored through a grant from the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. BOOK! BUGS! & FUN!
June 2nd: Registration For Summer Reading Contest Begins!. Don't forget to pick up a reading log from the library to keep track of your books.
June 9th-July 18th: Join us every Wednesday @ 2 PM for a Story Time & Take-Home Craft filled with lots of creepy crawley bugs! Hornet Haven kids should look for additional information regarding their specially scheduled library field trips.
July 4th - Look for our leading readers in the Fourth of July Parade.
July 23rd. All participants are invited to a picnic & butterfly/ladybug release where exceptional readers will be recognized. Prizes will be awarded to our top 5 readers. Come by any time and check out what's hatching at the library!
